Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and scheduled transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NWTN Home ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more international locations soon.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
